Spring 2023 Recreational Season!

SPRING REGISTRATION IS CLOSED

Buddy Requests (for D7 only or D6-D4 for volunteers only) and other Special Requests (for volunteers only) must be done in person. Please note that a request is not a guarantee, so there is a chance your request may not be fulfilled.

Be sure to read and understand the information provided below, as well as the Legal Agreements during the registration process when signing up your players.

REGISTRATION INFO:

NOTE: We are no longer taking registrations for the Spring season!!

• Spring 2023 Season: Boys and girls will play in separate divisions (depending on numbers, divisions could either play a smaller sided game or have to be co-ed)

• Spring 2023 Registration Fees:

  • D7 & D6: $160
  • D5 - D3+: $185
  
  
  • Regular Registration: November 20 - February 4, 2023
  • D7 & D6: $190
  • D5 - D3+: $220

• Online Registration Closes: February 4, 2023
  
  
  • $20 late fee added to registrations starting 2/5/2023.
  • Must register at the clubhouse (no online registrations).
  • Player will initially be added to the Wait List until further notice.

The registration fee includes 1 practice per week for all teams, 8 games, a full uniform kit, a practice shirt, player medals for D7 to D5

Players must have soccer cleats, shin guards, a ball, and supply their own water to every practice and game (no need to bring ball to games).

NEW PLAYERS:

• Must provide a birth certificate or valid passport. Without one, players will not be allowed to play.

ONLINE REGISTRATION:

• Click on the "Registration" tab on the top right of this page.
• Returning members: Please make sure your phone numbers, address, and email address are up to date.
• Make sure to read and understand the legal agreements.

BUDDY/SIBLING POLICY:

• Buddy Requests are for D7 players only (2018-2017 birth years).
• Buddy Requests for D6 and older are limited to volunteers only.
• Buddy Requests must be made in person. Online and email requests will not be considered. 
• Only one buddy request is allowed.
• Both players must buddy each other in order for Buddy Request to be considered.
• Siblings in the same division will be placed on the same team. Please notify the Registrar about siblings or they may end up on separate teams.

WAITLIST:

• Player waitlists will begin once a division is full, even if the registration period is still open.
• Registrations after the registration period will go on the waitlist, unless there are still openings in the players division.
• Waitlist players will receive a refund if not placed on a team. Or, player fees can be put towards the next season.

COACHES:

• Volunteer coaches needed!
• All coaches are parents, guardians, aunts/uncles, older siblings, grandparents, or community volunteers.
• DISCOUNT!!!: Receive a $50 discount towards your players registration fee for a future season. Valid for one player per team that you coach. 
• Only coaches are guaranteed the practice days, times, and locations of their choice from our list of fields.
• Spring Season: One 1 to 1 1/2 hour practice per week (Mon-Fri).
• Fall Season: D6+: Two 1 to 1 1/2 hour practices per week (Mon-Fri). D7: One 1 hour practice per week.  
• Games: Friday night's (D5/D4/D3) and Saturday's (All Divisions).

• Practices and games will be held on fields throughout Vista and parts of Oceanside.
